Timetable, what timetable??

Our first week of teaching….we were all prepared – lesson plans written, OHPs done, powerpoint presentations at the ready! We got to work extra early to set everything up and make sure the projector was working and stuff. All was ready so we sat waiting for the students to come. We sat and waited….and waited…and waited…but no one came. Boss Lady then pitched up, impressed it seems that we were all prepared, which was good. However, we were less than impressed a short while later when it transpired that someone (!) had forgotten to inform the students that they were actually meant to be in class this week – marvellous!
