6 months work and this is what I have to show for it - 12 brown envelopes!!
Each one has an invitation inside to take part in our pilot project though - we've finally got there!! The framework is complete, the LogBooks have been designed, the training manual is nearly ready and we have the money in the bank to pay for it all...now we've just got to convince all those nurses and midwives out there that CPD is a good thing!
